Auction Reviews from Kissimmee and Scottsdale
Auction reports are alway better when I get them from Rick Carey’s capable observations and insight.
Unfortunately Rick is safely sequestered at home staying healthy and well.
Auction descriptions were edited from the catalog. I tried to keep to informative information and remove the fluff.
To bring these results to you I watched several auctions live. The beauty of the internet.
Results are hammer bids. I did not calculate the buyer’s premium since there are often complicated multi-tier commissions added. In the interest of not mis-leading the reader I stayed with hammer bids.
Final results will be higher than published. JW
