CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING INFORMATION

     The original concept of the Ferrari Market Letter was to serve as an aid for Ferrari enthusiasts wishing to keep informed concerning the Ferrari market. Every issue contains hundreds of advertisements for Ferraris and Ferrari-related material, as well as other information of interest to Ferraristi.
     Classified ads offering Ferrari automobiles for sale, submitted by current subscribers to either the print or online edition, are published free of charge. Free classified advertisements appear in both editions and will be published in six consecutive issures unless cancelled by the advertiser. Such ads must include a valid Ferrari serial number or VIN and an asking price. Ferrari-related memorabilia, miscellaneous, wanted, etc. ads are accepted and published free of charge with certain additional restrictions (i.e. only one ad per category). Free ads are subjected to editing to conserve space. All classified ads must be Ferrari related.
     All classified ads must be submitted in writing. We accept ads by mail, e-mail or online subscribers can use the form provided on the website. Classified ads of up to ten lines in the print edition (approximately 120 words in the online edition) from non-subscribers are published only on a pre-paid basis. The charge is $2.00 per line per insertion (tag or contact line free), with a minimum charge of $10.00 per insertion and a minimum of three insertions (i.e. minimum charge $30.00). Tear sheets only will be sent as verification of publication if a mail address is provided.
     All advertisements, whether classified or display, are subject to editing and revision to meet out standards and requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement, whether classified or display. Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content (including text and illustrations) for advertisements; and are responsible for any claims arising therefrom and agree to indemnify the publisher against any expense or loss suffered from such claims.

    Long-term rates apply only to repeat insertions of the same size ad. Ads need not appear in consecutive issues--you can specify the frequency, i.e., alternate issues, every third issue, etc. 
    These rates are for CAMERA READY ads only. Elaborate or complex ads should be prepared by your professional graphics artist.
    The preferred format would be PDF or high resolution JPEG in both black and white, and color. The black and white format will be used in the print edition and color used for the on-line edition. The same ad must be used for both editions. 
    We do have a graphic design artist availaible to assist you with design, if necessary. Design services have a minimum service charge of $100. If you provide us with  photos, drawings and text we can provide design proofs for your approval.
    You will be billed for your contract advertising cost, plus any ad development work in full, upon confirmation of your order. All invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not received in a timely fashion will result in your ad being pulled from publication until payment is received, plus 1.5% finance charge per month.
